EUC Engineer

We're looking for an EUC Engineer to work with our Service Operations team, advising Senior members on EUC devices, delivering EUC project activities, and providing input into our EUC device health strategy. The role involves automating tasks, providing support and resolution to customers, and ensuring the deployment of Windows, Chrome devices, and MAC OS patching.

Requirements

• Scripting / knowledge (PowerShell/Python/JSON/YAML or similar)
• Group policy administration
• Microsoft Active Directory management (e.g. OU's, GPOs)
• Experience of working with in-house and third party technical teams
• Good customer facing skills
• Good diagnostic skills
• Proven experience of continuous service improvement
• Ability to work under pressure and to agreed timescales
• Experience working across multiple technologies and platforms
• Involvement in audits and certifications
• Experience with Windows 11 and Office 365
