Hard Services Manager

We're looking for a Hard Services Manager to deliver effective maintenance services, manage a team, and ensure the safe operation of plants and equipment. The role requires a time served professional with a demonstrable work history in the building services sector, HND or NVQ equivalent in a hard services trade, and experience in a management role.

Requirements

• Ability to pass SC clearance
• A time served professional with a demonstrable work history within the building services sector
• HND or NVQ equivalent in an associated hard services trade (electrical / mechanical / HVAC)
• Previous experience in a management role as the team lead with good HR experience across all aspects of people management
• Experience with budget control and expenditure with a proven track record of P&L management, effective cost management and margin achievement
• Able to compile local policies and procedures whilst demonstrating alignment with group and statutory best practice.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification - desirable
