Hard Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced, time-served professional with a proven track record in the building services sector and relevant trade qualifications to manage all Hard Services operations, including small projects, while delivering comprehensive maintenance services for M&E and Building Fabric.

Requirements

• Engineering qualification
• Experience controlling budgets and expenditure with a proven track record of effective cost management and margin achievement
• Previous experience in a management role as the team lead with good HR experience across all aspects of people management
• Recognised Health and safety qualification and management experience
• Ability to pass DBS check
