Job Description
We're looking for a Mobile Mechanical Technician to work within a local Operations team covering the Cheshire area. The role involves maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and working on utilities plant.
Requirements
- Engineering time served apprenticeship qualification and ONC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of carrying out multi-skilled maintenance and fault finding on industrial utilities plants
- Knowledge of Combined Heat & Power Plant, Steam Boiler plant
- Experience producing Health & Safety documentation such as Method Statement / Risk Assessments for tasks
- Knowledge of SCADA (BMS / PMS) and PLC systems
- Fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Water Treatment plant & equipment
- Qualifications in IOSH / CSCS Safety, Confined Space, BOAS, Steam Systems, Legionella Awareness, Industrial Gas Qualifications, IPAF / PASMA, Welding & Fabrication / Pipefitting
