Job Description
The Quality Assurance Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting management in quality assurance activities, reviewing operational processes, and developing a strategic operational plan to maximize output and minimize cost.
Requirements
- Oversight of all quality assurance activities
- Driving the department to achieve and surpass goals and objectives
- Conducting inspections and audits of facilities, processes, and training programs
- Developing and implementing strategies to reduce costs
- Utilizing KPIs to monitor and adjust company operations performance
- Partnering with Compliance to meet regulatory standards
- Leading the training and development of quality staff
- Managing employee schedules, timecard records, and vacation requests
- Completing employee evaluations
- Updating job knowledge and performing other related duties
