Job Description
Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking an IPM Specialist to maintain and optimize the IPM processes at a cultivation facility. The IPM Specialist will be responsible for pest control, equipment maintenance, and compliance with regulations, contributing to the overall health and productivity of the grow rooms. This role involves detailed record-keeping, data analysis, and consistent adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Mix and apply pesticides, fungicides, and other pest control agents.
- Accurately document all applications and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure proper calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of application equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding application schedules and safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures.
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
