Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on web.
• A portfolio that demonstrates web-led creative thinking, sophisticated visual design, and thoughtful user experience.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Mastery of modern design tools--Figma is a must.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex digital ideas into compelling narratives.
• Ability to do the work. We are not an agency of hand-offs. The expectation is that you can run with a project from start to finish.
