The ideal candidate will have relevant professional experience and sound knowledge in individual and collective labor law, with a focus on negotiation, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Comprehensive labor law advice and representation of member companies in collective and individual labor law
• Negotiations with works councils
• Coordination and clarification of legal principle questions
• Preparation and leadership of collective bargaining negotiations
• Organization and conception of seminars and training courses
