IT Support Engineer

Verifone is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide desktop support for offices across EMEA, install and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, and travel to other EMEA offices when required. This is a chance to broaden technical expertise in a global environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' working experience in system support engineering
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and core network fundamentals
• Experience in installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Strong troubleshooting skills for system and network issues
• Excellent knowledge of Mac OS and M365 applications
• Ability to identify, isolate, and handle IT security issues
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
