Job Description
We are seeking a Senior CloudOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to our Operations, Automation development and deployment processes. The role will provide valuable hands-on experience on SaaS Ops practices and technologies, as well as exposure to Automation projects in a real-world environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge on Verint/Nice application installation and configuration on cloud
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Ops teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- 24*7 Shift Availability
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Support the automation of Ops Tasks, deployment, and testing processes
- Contribute to the configuration and management of infrastructure and cloud resources (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Assist in setting up and managing containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators, to ensure smooth software delivery
- Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the SaaSOps workflow
- Contribute to the documentation of deployment procedures, infrastructure setup, and troubleshooting guides
