Case Manager

Veritas-HHS seeks a Case Manager to work at the Buncombe County Child Support Services of NC office in Asheville, NC. The Case Manager provides Child Support Services by managing a caseload to obtain results for customers, analyzing case information, and performing various tasks related to case management.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Paralegal Certification preferred
• At least two years of experience in legal environment or government case processing; public contact experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, participate in a team management environment and commit to team and office goals and core values
