Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certification preferred, 2 years of experience in legal environment or government case processing, team environment and core values
Case Manager
Associate's degree or Paralegal Certification preferred, at least 2 years of experience in legal environment or government case processing

At least 2 years of experience in a legal environment or government case processing, with education substitutable for experience
Attorney
Must be a licensed Tennessee attorney. Experience with domestic relations or child support law is preferred. Understanding of child support law is a plus

Associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of legal/government case processing experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Caseworker
Associate's degree or Paralegal certification preferred. 2+ years experience in legal environment or government case processing. Demonstrated ability to communicate & teamwork
Customer Service Representative
HS related experience (ideally Associate’s) and 1+ year of customer service. High school diploma & computer skills a plus
