This Claims Agent position focuses on receiving, processing, and managing lawsuits for VLP members. The role involves creating profiles for potential new clients, assigning attorneys, tracking claim progress, and communicating with parties involved. The agent will ensure all necessary documents are in place and will be responsible for keeping track of all communications.
Requirements
- Data Entry – Intake of member claims/summons
- Billing – Recognizing billable items
- Claims Processing and follow through
- Reviewing summonses
- Uploading and saving legal documents
- Documenting all communication in profiles
- Escalating issues
- Working on special projects
