We're seeking a Marketing Recruiting Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters to hire exceptional talent across multiple disciplines within the marketing organization.
Requirements
- 7-18 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years leading or managing high performing recruiting teams
- Success developing recruiters by providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance
- Proven track record of partnering, influencing, and driving change with Executives
- Ability to adapt and navigate ambiguous situations while working in a fast-paced start-up environment
