Verkada is transforming how organizations protect their people and places with an integrated, AI-powered platform. As a Senior Digital Growth Manager, JAPAC, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through marketing campaigns across various channels.
Requirements
- Foundational Experience: 8+ years of total work experience, with at least one role that included real ownership over a campaign, program, or initiative — not just execution support
- Tier 1 Backgrounds: Strong preference experience at a B2B SaaS company, early-stage startup GTM ownership
- Strategic Operator Toolkit: You can interview a sales rep, distill the insight, write the brief, run the campaign, and report on the outcome — and you'd rather do all five than specialize in just one
- Technical Mindset: You think in systems and aren't afraid to dive into the mechanics of how a campaign is built. Deep expertise across various paid digital acquisition channels is a requirement, but that doesn’t tarnish your desire to learn, explore, and constantly improve.
- Quantitative Fluency: You have a

- , brain. You're comfortable with data analysis, building simple models in Excel, and reading performance dashboards without prompting. Ready to prove these skills in a technical assessment
- Elite Communication: Strong written communicator — you can write a campaign brief, a landing page headline, and an internal update with equal clarity. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships across Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Marketing Ops
- Organizational Mastery: Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with attention to detail. You're the type of person who stays vigilant for signs of mistakes or misfires and quickly acts on it
