Verkada is seeking a Senior Digital Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition through marketing campaigns across various channels, manage a large quarterly budget, and oversee campaign planning, ideation, and execution.
Requirements
- Foundational Experience: 8+ years of total work experience, with at least one role that included real ownership over a campaign, program, or initiative β not just execution support
- Tier 1 Backgrounds: Strong preference experience at a B2B SaaS company, early-stage startup GTM ownership
- Strategic Operator Toolkit: You can interview a sales rep, distill the insight, write the brief, run the campaign, and report on the outcome β and you'd rather do all five than specialize in just one
- Technical Mindset: You think in systems and aren't afraid to dive into the mechanics of how a campaign is built
- Quantitative Fluency: You have a'math-first' brain. You're comfortable with data analysis, building simple models in Excel, and reading performance dashboards without prompting
- Elite Communication: Strong written communicator β you can write a campaign brief, a landing page headline, and an internal update with equal clarity
- Organizational Mastery: Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with attention to detail
- Coachability & Drive: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn from high-level mentors
- Channel Execution & Expansion: Hands-on management of paid Search, LinkedIn, and Meta β with a mandate to go further
