Senior Product Counsel

Verkada is seeking a Senior Product Counsel to advise product and engineering teams on legal issues related to product development, regulatory compliance, and marketing. The ideal candidate has experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, and federal requirements for government contractors.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school or equivalent
• 6+ years of legal experience in regulatory, IP, product counseling, marketing, and general transactional work
• Experience advising multinational, complex global companies on hardware and software product offerings
• Expertise in federal procurement requirements, licensing and regulatory compliance for alarm products, and domestic and EU regulatory compliance for connected devices
