Senior Product Counsel

Verkada is looking for a Senior Product Counsel to join their fast-growing Legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience advising product and hardware engineering teams on legal issues and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school or equivalent
• Member of at least one state bar association in good standing
• 6+ years of legal experience with a combination of regulatory, IP, product counseling, marketing, and general transactional work
• Experience advising multinational, complex fast-growing global companies
• Expertise in one or more areas such as federal procurement requirements, licensing and regulatory compliance, or domestic and EU regulatory compliance
