Job Description
We're looking for a Product Specialist to support product adoption and customer satisfaction by demonstrating equipment, gathering field insights, and collaborating across teams. This role helps bridge the gap between product development and real-world application, ensuring Vermeer solutions deliver value where it matters most.
Requirements
- Represent Vermeer at dealer sites, trade shows, and customer demos
- Confidently operate and demonstrate machinery to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support onboarding and training efforts by developing materials, delivering presentations, and coordinating with internal teams
- Track customer interactions using tools like Microsoft Excel or shared documents
- Analyze customer and territory trends using basic data tools
- Troubleshoot mechanical or performance issues in the field
