The HRIS Payroll Analyst role is responsible for system configuration, governance, integrations, reporting, and continuous optimization to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience.
• Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
