Payroll Analyst

Prologis is a company that creates intelligent infrastructure that powers global commerce. The Payroll Analyst role is responsible for performing and managing day-to-day payroll operations to support timely and accurate payment to employees and taxing authorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Experience processing payroll in Workday
• Detailed knowledge of current U.S. payroll and benefits laws and regulations
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance requirements
• Experience preparing payroll reports, audits, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Understanding of U.S. stock plans and bonus administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and customer service skills
