Payroll Analyst

Payroll Analyst performs and manages day-to-day payroll operations to support timely and accurate payment to employees and taxing authorities. The role partners closely with Human Resources, Accounting, Tax, Stock Compensation, external payroll providers, tax consultants, and taxing authorities to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day and on-demand payroll processing
• Administer U.S. bi-weekly payroll in Workday
• Identify payroll reporting needs and collaborate with internal teams
• Monitor changes to federal, state, and local tax rules and regulations
• Prepare and sign payroll funding wire requests
• Serve as a primary contact for payroll inquiries
