Job Description
Versana is looking for a Technical Lead to guide the Application Development team's technical implementation of the real-time syndicated loan platform. The platform delivers a streamlined interface that provides clients with secure, real-time access to loan data, analytics, and positions.
Requirements
- BS or BA in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of full-stack development experience (Java/Spring Boot backend and React/Angular with TypeScript/JavaScript frontend)
- Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Proven experience leading technical projects or teams in an agile environment
- Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, teach, and grow within a collaborative team environment
