Job Description
Versana is looking for a Technical Lead to guide the Application Development team's technical implementation of its real-time syndicated loan platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in full-stack engineering and a passion for scalable design.
Requirements
- BS or BA in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Proven experience leading technical projects or teams in an agile environment
- Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
