Job Description
Versana is looking for a Technical Team Lead to guide our Application Development team in building and enhancing Versana’s real-time syndicated loan platform.
Requirements
- BS or BA in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience (Java/Spring Boot backend and React/Angular with TypeScript/JavaScript frontend)
- Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Proven experience leading technical projects or teams in an agile environment
- Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
