- Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) and translate outputs into actionable change interventions
- Maintain integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery
- Plan and execute effective knowledge transfer
- Carry out effective stakeholder analysis and deliver targeted stakeholder engagement strategies
- Define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and sustained adoption
