Job Description
Senior Full Stack Engineer role at Version 1, working in a Scrum Team to develop maintainable solutions for customers, with a strong background in cloud architecture and a passion for emerging technologies, particularly in AI and machine learning.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a Scrum Team and an Agile environment
- Strong software engineering background covering SOLID principles with extensive experience in Java or Python
- Experience working with AI/ML frameworks or a strong interest in AI/ML
- Experience developing REST-based APIs
- Knowledge and some experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, Ansible, Packer, Docker)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications.
- Strong front-end development experience with React.
- Some experience in developing and deploying solutions on cloud preferably AWS Cloud, with expertise in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and Cognito (AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect preferred)
- Experience writing unit tests and integration tests
- Financial Services or Capital Markets experience is preferred
