Requirements
- Maintain and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS
- Coordinate and manage new-hire data entry and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with required documentation
- Manage candidate relocation processes
- Process invoices and payments for contractors and vendors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation
- Prepare and deliver regular HR operational reports
- Serve as the first point of contact for the HR shared inbox
- Generate and provide employment verification letters
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows
- Assist with evaluating and implementing HR technology enhancements
- Develop and maintain SOPs for HR processes
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor compliance deadlines and coordinate timely follow-up
