- Serve as first point of contact for HR shared inbox
- Generate and provide employment verification letters
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve data integrity
- Assist with evaluating and implementing HR technology enhancements and system upgrades
- Develop and maintain SOPs for HR processes
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor compliance deadlines and coordinate timely follow-up
- Support HR projects and initiatives
