Job Description
Field Service Engineer - Thermal role involves commissioning, servicing, and repairing thermal management and HVAC systems in mission-critical environments. The role requires technical problem-solving, independent work, and communication with customers and internal teams. 80% work near Warsaw, with travel across Poland and occasional EMEA travel. Participation in 24/7 on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Technical education in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline
- 3–5+ years of experience in a technical service or maintenance role
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling technologies, or thermal management equipment
- Valid Category B driving license
