Job Description
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer β Thermal to support our growing service operations in Croatia. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will be responsible for commissioning, servicing, maintaining, and repairing thermal management and HVAC systems used in mission-critical environments such as data centers and technical facilities.
Requirements
- Technical education in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline
- 3β5+ years of experience in a technical service or maintenance role
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and cooling technologies
- Strong problem-solving capability and ability to prioritize tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Valid Category B driving license
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
