Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel provides in-house legal support to Vertiv's business operations in Mexico, with regional support for Colombia and Central America, reporting directly to the Legal Director of LATAM. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to business, commercial, operations, human resources, finance, and procurement teams in Mexico, with regional support for Colombia and Central America.
- Advise on corporate and commercial law, real estate and leasing matters, employment and labor law, compliance and corporate governance, data privacy and data protection, and intellectual property and risk management.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret agreements, including sales and service agreements, procurement and supply agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consulting and professional services agreements, and distribution, reseller, and partner agreements.
