The company is seeking a Sales Manager, Francophone Africa to join its growing team and drive revenue growth, establish a strong regional sales presence, and build a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in French (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, banking, or related B2B industries
- Proven track record of consistently meeting revenue targets and building successful sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Deep understanding of SMBs and strong business contacts within key sectors across the CEMAC and/or WAEMU regions
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
