They are seeking a results-driven Global Marketing Lead to handle the complexity of operating across diverse geographic markets and customer segments. The role involves leading the end-to-end marketing function, driving global brand awareness, and building highly optimised marketing plans to scale acquisition, product adoption, and retention.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech or payments
- Proven record of building strong brands and scalable marketing engines
- Growth leadership and ability to drive growth across both 'Product-Led Growth' (SME) and 'Sales-Led Growth' (Enterprise) segments
- Breadth of marketing expertise: Knowledge of Brand, Product, and Performance Marketing
- Emerging Markets Expertise: Experience living or working extensively in emerging markets
- Agency & Budget management: Experience managing external agencies and annual marketing budgets in excess of ÂŁ1m
- Analytical Prowess: Ability to use data to extract insights and drive high-level decision-making
- Strong creative eye: Able to identify what great content, messaging, and design looks like
- Strategic Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various levels and cultural backgrounds
- Builder Mindset: A bias for action and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
