Job Description
Our Project Manager-Consultants are responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to achieve client and company business objectives. This position will involve managing multiple new or existing client software implementation projects and providing effective communication across all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Developing project scopes and objectives
- Acting as the solution architect on projects
- Facilitating business process analysis and business requirements gathering and documentation
- Identifying and tracking critical path/activities, risks, contingencies and alternatives
- Proactively addressing customer concerns and meet or exceed customer needs
- Resolving, tracing and escalating critical issues to minimize project risk factors
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and third parties
- Providing regular project updates to team and management
