Our Project Manager-Consultants are responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to achieve client and company business objectives. This position will involve managing multiple new or existing client software implementation projects and providing effective communication across all stakeholders to maintain transparency and enable the prioritisation of decision-making throughout a projects’ life cycle.
Requirements
- Developing project scopes and objectives
- Acting as the solution architect on projects
- Facilitating business process analysis and business requirements gathering and documentation
- Identify and track critical path/activities, risks, contingencies and alternatives
- Proactively address customer concerns and meet or exceed customer needs
- Resolving, tracing and escalating critical issues to minimize project risk factors
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and third parties
- Provide regular project updates to team and management on work performed, plans, budget and status
- Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Regularly communicate with management on the status of initiatives in a professional and understandable manner
