Software Implementation Consultant - APAC

As a Software Implementation Consultant - APAC, you will function as the primary technical and business contact throughout the sales, implementation, and deployment phases of Veson Nautical's enterprise software solution. Your responsibilities will extend throughout the project lifecycle – understanding customer's needs, gathering requirements, establishing and maintaining project scope and facilitating communications and accountability.

Requirements

• Ability to add value to projects via direct execution of project tasks
• Experience with business process analysis and business requirements gathering and documentation
• Proactively address customer concerns and meet or exceed customer needs
• Resolving, tracing and escalating critical issues to minimize project risk factors
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and third parties
• Outstanding consulting, presentation, coaching and facilitation skills
• Ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization
• Analytical thinking and attention to details, with solutioning capabilities for the most complex client workflows
• Ability to become subject matter expert on commercial maritime industry and on Veson's software products
