Consultant – APAC (Onsite)

Based out of Philippines, as a Veson Nautical Consultant you will function as the primary technical and project management contact throughout the sales, implementation, and deployment phases of the world’s leading enterprise software solution for maritime commercial operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’+ experience delivering end to end enterprise software implementations, integration, and training, as a Consultant/Business Analyst/Project Manager
• 4-year College Degree – preferably in engineering, IT, economics, finance, or business
• Demonstrated ownership mentality in taking initiative, driving results, and being accountable for outcomes
• Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to details
• Fluent English with additional languages welcome!
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote/distributed team environments
• Demonstrated planning and organizing skills
• Outstanding consulting, presentation, coaching and facilitation skills
• Ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization and in different settings including training environments and day to day meetings.
• Proven ability to proactively address customer concerns and meet or exceed customer needs
• Experience with business process analysis and business requirements gathering and documentation
• Strong commercial awareness - understands billability, utilization, and client profitability
• Desire to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
• Willingness to travel across Asia-Pacific with up to 25% travel
