The Associate Project Manager will work in the Project Management department and be responsible for the project initiation to close, planning, execution, and delivery of projects in the Powertrain Module. The role requires a motivated and collaborative attitude, proficiency in project management tools, and experience in executing projects using the Stage-Gate model. The position is based in Porto, Portugal, and requires up to 15 days of travel per year.
Requirements
- Degree within a relevant academic field (e.g., Engineering or Business)
- Proficient in using Microsoft tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
- Proficient in using Project management tools - SAP PPM, Microsoft Project, JIRA
- Experience in executing projects using Stage-Gate model (waterfall methodology)
- Minimum 2-5 years of demonstrated experience managing low-to-medium complexity projects
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with global matrix organizations and managing many stakeholders across the value chain
