Project Assistant

Vestas Technology & Operations > Research & Development (R&D) > Powertrain Project Management is seeking a Project Assistant to provide administrative support to the Module Owner and Module Program Manager. The role will also involve acting as a Project Planner, supporting Project Managers with critical projects, and using Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Requirements

• Degree within a relevant academic field (e.g., Engineering or Business)
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience in project support and planning in complex global matrix organizations
• Proficient in using Microsoft tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
• Experience in supporting several tasks simultaneously and working with management
• Great language skills (verbal and written) in English
• Experience in using Project management tools - SAP PPM, Microsoft Project, JIRA
