Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Industrial Health & Safety, or related equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in general industry, industrial, and/or construction environmental, or health & safety
• Experience in cultural change and behavior-based safety programs, as well as HSE programs and policies across multiple jurisdictions
• Ability to interact with senior leadership, other departments, and with vendors and customers
• Experience in applying international EHS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001) across business units and geographies
• Experience with TapRoot or other root cause analysis process
• Understanding of mechanical, electric, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with cranes, lifting and rigging, safety management systems, control of hazardous energy, confined space requirements, work at heights, and soft tissue injury prevention
