Job Description
The Finance Analyst I role is responsible for complex accounting and financial analysis, preparing reports, and identifying efficient process controls. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area, and at least 1-4 years of experience in Controlling & Reporting or equivalent finance functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related area
- Certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA)
- At least 1 to 4 years of work experience in Controlling & Reporting or any equivalent finance functions
- Well-developed analytical skills applicable to financial analysis
- Knowledge in using the ERP System. SAP experience
- Experience in project construction or manufacturing accounting
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Flexible in work shifting schedules
