Job Description
The Finance Analyst I role involves complex accounting and financial analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring management reporting for actuals, budgets/forecasts, controls, and accrual management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in controlling & reporting or equivalent finance functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related area
- Certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA)
- At least 2 years of work experience in Controlling & Reporting or any equivalent finance functions
- Possesses solid analytical abilities applicable to financial analysis
- Knowledge in using the ERP System. SAP experience
- Experience in project construction or manufacturing accounting
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Flexible in work shifting schedules
