Group Lead

We're looking for a Group Lead who can inspire and develop a team while ensuring effective collaboration and results. The Group Lead will be responsible for one of our production areas, where we build parts for assembling blades, grind, repair, paint, and weight the blades before releasing for shipment.

Requirements

• Ensure safety in the production site
• Secure deliveries to the specified quality criteria
• Ensure that the team is building according to the production requirements including allocating resources
• Secure that the employees are being trained according to the production training development program
• 5S implementation including waste stream on site
• Maintain correct use of Production planning software/hardware
• Continuous motivation and leadership development
