HSE Manager

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety and Environment department in Nakskov, Denmark. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the strategy and advancing the safety culture on the Blades production site, while also engaging and supporting leaders and team members across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in Business, Engineering, HSE and Field Operations
• Valid qualifications in occupational health and safety
• Deep knowledge of Intent Based Leadership, ISO standards and safety guidelines
