Manufacturing Associate - Night Shift

Join our dynamic team at the Windsor Production facility, where we’re looking to welcome new Production Team Members for a 12-hour evening/day shifts. This role offers the unique chance to collaborate in the creation of wind turbine blades, crafting them from fiberglass and other materials.

Requirements

• Efficiently operates manufacturing equipment with a strong commitment to safety protocols
• Adheres to Process Work Instructions and engages in manual production processing to accurately fit and assemble components
• Exceed production benchmarks by completing specific tasks within the designated timeframe
• Load, stack and transport materials by hand, truck, crane or jib
• Read and comprehend Work Process Instructions and translate that into the ability to perform the tasks
