Process Improvement Specialist

Process Improvement Specialist responsible for deploying Lean and Continuous Improvement strategies and tools on the manufacturing floor to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
• 1+ years of experience in implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing environment
• Experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement in Logistics
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office and PowerBI
• General knowledge in Data Collection, Data Analysis and Data Driven decision making
• Experience in Problem Solving Tools and Techniques
• Theoretical and Practical knowledge in Lean Systems and Tools
• Ability to train operational levels in Lean and Continuous Improvement
