Job Description
We are seeking a Production Process Engineer to join our team at Vestas in Goleniów, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating new product and process introductions, reviewing new processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or higher technical education (Bachelor's or Master's required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in process optimization
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (VSM, Ishikawa, GANT, 5WHY)
- Proficiency in computer use, especially the Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience with AutoCAD or CATIA software applications (beneficial)
