Harmony Animal Hospital is a Fear Free Certified practice that prioritizes humans first, pets second, and clients third. We're looking for a Client Service Representative with a friendly, confident way of communicating, the ability to handle multiple phone lines, and a calm, kind approach on busy days.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience (vet med a plus)
• Flexible schedule & can cover opening through closing shifts & Saturdays
• Strong writing skills
• Charisma and the ability to build trust quickly
• A curious mind that looks for ways to keep improving, and genuinely wants to grow in this field
• A calm, kind approach on busy days
• A desire to help teammates grow and succeed
