Job Description
Vetcove is seeking a SaaS Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding of veterinary clinics onto their platform. This role involves guiding clinics through setup, training, and data migrations, ensuring their long-term success. The position is a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, requiring collaboration with various internal teams and occasional travel to client sites to support go-lives. Vetcove is a growing, venture-backed company aiming to modernize the animal health industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in project management tools and experience building timelines and status reports
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%)
